How does a remote Reiki session work?
A remote Reiki session is offered while the client and practitioner are in different locations. Julie's service is 45 minutes, costs $60, and is available within 24 hours. Clients may use the time for quiet, rest, or reflection, but outcomes are personal and Reiki is not a medical treatment.
Before the session
Choose a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably and are unlikely to be interrupted. Share any intention or context you want Julie to know, while remembering that you do not need to disclose private medical information to book.
During the session
Julie performs the remote Reiki practice during the arranged period. You may choose to rest, breathe quietly, meditate, journal, or simply continue your day depending on Julie's preparation guidance.
After the session
Notice your experience without forcing an interpretation. Some clients report relaxation, rest, or a sense of well-being, while others may notice little or nothing. No particular response is promised.
Health and safety limits
NCCIH states that Reiki has not been clearly shown effective for a health-related purpose. Remote Reiki should not be used to diagnose symptoms, change prescribed treatment, or delay medical or mental-health care.
